Payment of a non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates during Narragansett’s peak summer season.
Your balance is due 30 days before arrival, or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit as well. This security deposit is reserved a day or two before you arrive and is released after departure upon return of any keys and provided the property is left in good condition.
Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
We allow well-behaved dogs under 50 pounds for an additional fee of $150 per stay.
Our vacation rentals are family-friendly and we welcome children accordingly. We are happy to provide additional equipment as a courtesy to our valued guests with small children.
We ask our guests to check in after 4pm and check out before 10am, although we can sometimes be flexible regarding arrival and departure times.
