On a 2.5 acre parcel of land, and a mile to the ocean! Great restaurants, bars, shopping and library are also less than a mile away. You’re in a secluded and relaxing private enclave, yet only minutes from the bars, restaurants and the beach! Extensive parking and room to entertain, this property is perfect for a summer BBQ.
The property has a raised deck with patio furniture, propane grill, hammock, indoor and outdoor shower (great for when your coming from the beach!). The kitchen was recently renovated, and has everything you need to have a great bbq ( glasses, dishes, utensils etc). The property also has its own personal washer and dryer.
A pet under 25 pounds allowed with a fee of $150 any unreported pet will be a subject of a fine of $500.
